Adsumus is the web app for your club: trainers take attendance right by the mat, the board keeps track of members, trial trainings and belt gradings – and members see their own progress.
No account needed for the demo: pick a role and you’re in the fictional Budo-Club Musterwil.
Adsumus was born in a Swiss judo and aikido club – built around the very jobs that keep trainers, the technical committee and the board busy every week. The name is Latin for ‘we are here’: the answer at roll call.
Instead of paper lists by the mat …
Tap the names, done. The stats update themselves.
Instead of enquiries lost in the inbox …
Newcomers sign up online, you assign them to a training and send them the details by email.
Instead of grading sheets and Excel …
Scored, passed – and the new belt is on the profile straight away.
The home page shows today’s trainings. One tap opens the attendance list – made for phones.
Anyone interested signs up through your public form. You see every enquiry in one place and never lose track of anyone.
From the grading day through registration to the new belt: kyu gradings run entirely in Adsumus.
Who leads which training when, and what’s the topic? The technical committee plans the whole year – with sessions shared out fairly.
Who trains regularly, who is dropping out, and how much are your trainers taking on?
Members sign in with the email address the club has on file – using a code, no password needed.
Tournaments, camps and courses with participants, coaches and a registration deadline.
Take a photo of old attendance lists, judo passes or training plans: the AI suggests the entries, you check and save them. Optional.
Do you keep your members in Webling? At our home club, Adsumus imports members and events from there every night – we’ll work out together whether that suits your club.
The board, trainers, examiners and members see exactly what they are meant to see.
Everyone picks their own language – the sign-up form and the emails included.
Your club’s name, logo and sections – Adsumus stays in the background.
Club life often involves children. That’s why Adsumus was designed from the outset around data minimisation and clear access rights.
Every club gets its own instance with its own database in Europe – in Zürich if you prefer. No other clubs’ data alongside yours.
The database itself checks who may see what on every query – not just the interface.
No analytics tools, no advertising cookies. Error reports contain no email addresses or IP addresses.
With Google or a one-time code by email. The board approves new accounts; members are recognised by the email address on file.

Adsumus is made for judo and aikido clubs: the belt systems for judo (including half belts) and aikido are built in, and the grading programs are available for judo. Do you practise another martial art? Talk to us.
Yes, you keep managing your members in Webling. At the club where Adsumus was born, it imports members and events from Webling every night; we’ll work out together whether and how that fits your club. Otherwise you enter your members directly in Adsumus.
No. Adsumus takes care of the training side of things. Membership fees, invoices and accounting stay in the tool you use today, Webling for example.
In a separate database just for your club, in a data centre in Europe – in Zürich if you prefer. The services behind it are Supabase (database), Netlify (website and server) and an email service for the sign-in codes; these providers are based in the USA. We set out which data is processed where in a data processing agreement with your club.
The data assistant is optional: if you use it, the photos or text you upload are sent to the AI provider Anthropic in the USA to be read. No personal data from your database goes with them, only training times, belt grades and sections, so the entries can be matched.
Your data belongs to you. If you leave, you get it as an export, and we delete your instance.
